Dr. Chad Church earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his orthodontics residency at the University of Rochester, Eastman Dental Center, New York. He also earned a Masters degree in Public Health at the University of Rochester, New York.
Dr. Church is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and four children: Baylor, London, Faith and Keaton. He also enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
